Heating and cooling reconstruction of the production plant and installation of a Photovoltaic power station

Project description:

As part of the project in the company DOK-ING d.o.o. the heating and cooling system of the production facility was reconstructed, and a photovoltaic power plant and an elevator were installed. The project was co-financed based on a public call by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development related to increasing energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources in manufacturing industries. All project activities were completed successfully, and all necessary certification and technical documentation was created, harmonized, and submitted. A technical inspection was carried out to obtain a use permit, in which a positive opinion of representatives of public law bodies and independent experts was obtained.

Enerkon is in this project with the company DOK-ING d.o.o. participated from the idea (end of 2020) to realization (half of 2023), which means that we did:

  • all phases of design (development of the idea, creation of the conceptual solution and the main project and obtaining the necessary permits);
  • active participation in the preparation of the project proposal as technical support to consultants for the preparation of projects; professional supervision during the execution of works;
  • coordination in the phase of preparation of the necessary technical documentation after execution to obtain a permit for the permanent operation of the photovoltaic power plant and a use permit;
  • consulting during the implementation of the entire project and active participation in the implementation of all project activities;

What does the implementation of this project mean for DOK-ING d.o.o.?

  • increasing energy efficiency (through the rational use of energy through reduction of losses and application of newer and more efficient technologies and equipment);
  • increasing independence in energy supply (production of electricity from renewable sources (photovoltaic power plant) to meet all needs, both for heating and cooling the space and for the production process itself);
  • realization of significant financial benefits (reduction of energy costs); revitalization and modernization of the heating system and introduction of the cooling system in the entire production plant;
  • creation of better working conditions for employees (installation of a cooling system) and the possibility of employment of persons reducing mobility (installation of elevators);
